Veronica Mars: I Know What You’ll Do Next Summer

Variety is reporting that Veronica Mars has been canceled. Nevertheless, the show was great tonight. A little political for my tastes, but very well done nonetheless.

Hurray for the return of Big Dick Casablancas! And hurray for Ryan Hansen’s awesome acting. He did a great job with those emotional scenes.

Also, this whole episode was a tribute to the charity Ryan Hansen started: Invisible Children. I’d tell you what it’s about, but if I had to, then clearly you weren’t paying attention.

Mac and Max make a weird couple — the flirting was cute last week, but I wasn’t really buying them this episode. Basically the bull thing made me want to barf. It’s nerd love, I get it! But ew!

Logan and Parker were in fine form: so Logan came up with a big surfing plan with Dick to avoid Parker for the summer, and then refused to go when Dick dropped out. Smells like trouble!

With only the season finale left, they’ve got a lot of action to pack in. Ideally, I’d like to see Logan and Parker break up, Veronica and Logan have a big old fight, and end up with the two of them making out. Piz can be heartbroken, I don’t care, it’s written in the cards.
