The torture continues

Michael Ausiello from TV Guide is reporting that the CW will not include Veronica Mars in its upfront presentation on Thursday — supposedly the network is holding out on making their final decision until after the upfronts.  This is just getting ridiculous.

Already renewed: Smallville, Supernatural, Everybody Hates Chris and One Tree Hill, along with new shows Gossip Girl, Reaper, and Wild at Heart.

But seriously, folks: with Gilmore Girls and Seventh Heaven gone, the CW has plenty of room on its schedule for Veronica Mars.  It’s their only show that generates any kind of critical buzz.  It’s the CW’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer.   Renew it already!
